What it does
Three things you get, in plain words.
Any address, instantly
Pick any name on your private mailbay.email domain, or on your own domain. A catch-all inbox collects every address you did not create.
Keeps conversations together
Replies join the same thread. When you reply, Sukhovei Mail sets the headers so the thread also holds in Gmail and Outlook.
Shows what is inside
Each message comes with its sender checks (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), a spam score, attachment details, and any codes or links already pulled out.
Create it, read it, answer it
An inbox is an address plus its messages. You make it, mail arrives, and you read or reply through the API, the CLI or an email app.

Limits, honestly
What it does not do, so you can decide before you start.
- Mail you receive is kept until you delete it. You can change the retention for your workspace.
- Attachment details are in the message. The file contents come from the raw message or over IMAP, because there is no separate download endpoint yet.
- Mail for an address that does not exist is refused at the door, so senders see an error right away.
- The catch-all inbox only receives. To send from an address, create an inbox with that name.
- Received mail does not count against your sending allowance. The free plan includes 3 inboxes.
Questions
What is the difference between a Sukhovei Mail inbox and a Gmail account?
A Sukhovei Mail inbox is made for software. You create it with an API call, there is no sign-up form, and each message arrives with the checks and extracted codes your code needs. You can still read it in a normal mail app over IMAP.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add the domain, publish the records we show you, and any inbox on it can receive and send. Every workspace also gets a private mailbay.email domain to start with, with no setup.
Can mail be copied to my personal address?
Yes. An inbox can forward a copy of each message to an address you choose.
Does receiving mail use my sending limit?
No. Received mail is not counted against the emails you can send.
