What it does

Three things you get, in plain words.

  • Proves the mail is yours

    Every message is signed with a key for your domain (this is DKIM, a signature mail servers can check). Bounces use a subdomain of yours, so SPF, the list of servers allowed to send for you, lines up too.

  • Shows you how it scores

    Send one email to a free test address and get a score out of 10, with a fix for each problem. It checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC (your policy for mail that fails those checks) and spam rules.

  • Stops before it does harm

    A hard bounce or a spam complaint stops further mail to that address. If too many happen, Sukhovei Mail pauses sending for the workspace and tells you.

Test it, watch it, clean up

Add your domain, then test a real message. Afterwards, Sukhovei Mail records what happened to every email and keeps bad addresses off your list.

Limits, honestly

What it does not do, so you can decide before you start.

  • Sukhovei Mail does not promise that mail reaches the inbox, and we have not measured inbox placement. We help it be accepted and tell you what went wrong.
  • There is no open or click tracking, and no inbox placement testing.
  • Mail goes out through Amazon SES on shared IP addresses. You cannot get a dedicated IP.
  • Sukhovei Mail does not add a List-Unsubscribe header for you. You can set the header yourself with the headers field.
  • BIMI logos and custom TLS rules are not supported.
  • New accounts can send to 100 recipients a day for their first 7 days.
  • A workspace without a verified domain can email only its own members and test addresses.
  • A paused workspace is resumed by Sukhovei Mail support, not by a button in your account. Write to support after you clean your list.

Questions

Will my email land in the inbox?

We cannot promise that, and no sender honestly can. Sukhovei Mail signs your mail, sets up your domain records and removes bad addresses, which is what helps mail be accepted. The inbox is decided by the receiving provider.

What do SPF, DKIM and DMARC mean?

SPF is a list of servers allowed to send for your domain. DKIM is a signature that proves a message was not changed and came from your domain. DMARC tells receivers what to do when a message fails those two checks.

What does the free test check?

You send one message to a one time address. The report scores it out of 10 and covers SPF, DKIM, DMARC, the sending server, blocklists, spam rules, and content such as a plain text part. It needs no account.

When does Sukhovei Mail pause my sending?

Over 24 hours, when 5% of recipients hard bounce or 0.1% complain. It needs at least 50 recipients and at least 3 such events, so one spam click does not stop a small sender. You get a sending.paused webhook event, an email to the workspace owners and a banner.

How do I get sending resumed?

Remove the addresses that bounced or complained from your list, then write to support. Receiving mail keeps working while sending is paused.
